This policy applies to all services and products, including:

Initial and follow‑up consultations

Lab work, diagnostic testing, and medical evaluations

Injections, medications, supplements, and treatment supplies

Prepaid packages, bundles, and promotional pricing

Missed or Unused Services
 

Refunds or credits are not provided for:

Missed or canceled appointments

Partial use of a package

Voluntary withdrawal from services

Dissatisfaction with results or progress
 

Medical Exceptions

If a patient becomes medically unable to continue a program, Restore You Weight Loss Clinic may, at its sole discretion, offer a service credit. Documentation may be required. Credits are not guaranteed.
